What are the delivery and setup requirements?
We require a flat surface for setup and access to the location that can accommodate our trailer. Please ensure the setup area is cleared before delivery.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Are there additional amenities available for rent with the sauna?
Yes, for an enhanced experience, you can rent a SoloStove fire pit for $45 or a cold plunge for $85. These add-ons are perfect for complementing your sauna session.
